Someone has asked me to make this cake. 

Gerbil balls so far have holes and indentations.  Gumball globe is much bigger.  Anyone have a clue where I could find a clear dome like that?

A large plastic Christmas ornament that's made to open up so you can put candy inside maybe? Or perhaps one of those "parfait" type lids you get at restaurant supply stores (without the hole in the middle)?
