I was looking up buttercream recipes and this cupcake pop up. There is no recipe on the page but the blogger said it was Lemon flavored.
It doesnt look like the usual crusting buttercream, it seems custard like. Does anyone have a clue on what type this is? I would really appreciate it
AIt looks like a meringue buttercream to me.
They are MUCH less sweet, silky smooth, and carry absolutely any flavor you could throw at them.

I am thinking about making a blueberry buttercream.
