AThanks guys! Soo here it is...there are definitely some things I wish I would have done differently, but it was a great learning experience. I underestimated the amount of time it would take so I wasn't able to decorate as much as I wanted..and I wanted to make a topper which didn't happen. Critiques welcome! ALooks awesome! What did you use for the letters royal icing ? What were you planning for the cake topper?

AThe only thing I would have maybe done is shine up the apples I tried out the 50/50 of vodka or any clear alcohol and light corn syrup.

So I had another 3 tier cake for today so I wasn't able to respond. srtchick for the cake topper I was going to do a fondant graduation cap. Ive never tried that mixture for shining the fondant, I'm definitely going to try it out soon. Thanks for the response!
