I have to make 200 "A" for some wedding cupcakes.  I was wondering do I put the "A"s on right when I frost them or right before I leave for wedding (keep in frig) or at the reception (it is outside).  Weather could be cold or hot because you know how this year's weather has been (already had 9 snowdays and usually we have none).

AHi, I always put the decorations right before i leave for the party so there is no risk for them for melt or get dammaged. If you have thé possibility and for extra précautions, place your monograms in a large plate or Smth and place them on the cupcakes when you arrive at the party
