Totally this! I don't have a business but I can tell you I would rather be the person making less cakes for more money per cake than making more cakes for less money per cake. My time is more valuable than that! Then I'd have the time to put more detailed work and attention into each creation. Trust me, word gets around fast and you won't have cheapies calling you and you'll become known as the decorator to book when someone wants something amazing. The cheapies will always go to the cheap cake lady.
