So i have a customer who wants this candy display with her cupcakes.  If you are familiar with the Kansas Jayhawks, thats what it is.  A team mascot... but in a huge candy dish.

I originally thought that i could have the mascot printed really large at a print shop....and use that to trace it on wood or some sort of material, and cut that out in the shape.  THen i would paint it with edible paint....airbrush...

BUT my main concern i think is how the heck do i get all that candy to stay inside/on the board.  Like it needs sides, like a candy dish has.... but what material can i use for this.

I was thinking some thin flexible plastic or something? but im not sure what honestly.... any help please!!!

Also, any idea how i would judge the candy amounts/lbs to fill it? lol ugh.

just when i thought i knew how to price everything!
