How do I go about making this bottom part of a cake with fondant. I don't know what it is called to look for a tutorial. Anything you can give me helps, but I learn best from tutorials that have pictures with the steps. 

AActually that pic kind of just looks like someone created the pleats after the fondant was on the cake, but here's a tutorial with good pictures of another way to make a pleated fondant skirt.
