Fresh Fruit Filings

Hi there, I have a question regarding fresh fruit fillings! I've browsed through numerous posts regarding fresh fillings but I don't feel confident so I'm asking for a more direct answer I guess.

 

I have a request for buttercream topped with strawberries filling and one cake with buttercream and fresh banana filling.

 

If I'm making the cake Thursday, delivering Friday to eat Saturday, how can I do this? I told her bananas may not be an option as they brown too easy.

 

Anyone have a good way to do fresh strawberry filling that would last a few days and be okay? I will definitely refrigerate until the party. What can I add to the strawberries to prevent spoilage, seeping juice, etc.

 

Are bananas possible to do for that long or will they turn brown and mushy? She's not interested in a banana cream.
