ADoes anyone have any tips for using whipped icing. In the past when I've colored it it tends to look like it's trying to break down. I typically don't like to use it for that reason. I have a lady now that wants me to use it and I'd need to do some different green shades as it is a clover cake. She wants an icing that isn't to sweet.

AAre you talking stabilized whipped cream icing?

Heirloom Frosting (cooked flour) is very good and not very sweet. I have never tried coloring it thought.
