Hello and welcome to the forum.  The easiest and most inexpensive pearl mold is probably the Wilton Baroque Fondant and Gum Paste Mold:

These are sold all over the USA in craft stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, JoAnns, etc.  If you use a coupon obtained online for that particular craft store, you can probably get 40% off.

If you want a Better version of a pearl mold, order it online.  There are many, many choices.  My personal favorite is the First Impressions Pearl Mold.

Go to this link and scroll down to the bottom section of the page and you should see 3 different pearl molds.  These are very hard to visualize for ACTUAL size, so measure them out with a ruler BEFORE you purchase.

you can get them prestrung at Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Joann Fabrics in the bridal dept. they came on spools, in several different sizes. Just be sure to wash/rinse them first before putting them on your cake.

Also look in the jewelry making dept for drops, clusters etc. I use to decorate cake that way.

happy shopping
