AI've been using this chocolate recipe before with excellent results. However this is my third attempt with d same recipe this week but all 3 came out with a rubberry texture with tunnels in it. See pic attached. The recipe is oil base and uses hot coffee in the end. I even bought new baking powder and soda for d last attempt. Help anyone? Aanybody? Help? I'm really out of clues as to why this is happening. I'm using a 9" square pan, preheated my oven to the correct temp...will appreciate any advice out there. Thanks

ATunnels can mean the dry ingredients weren't thoroughly mixed. Not sure about the gummy texture though.
