AI want to make mmf and I want to use corn syrup to make it more easy to use.. But I didn't find here corn syrup but I've found glucose syrup. Is it ok to use it in the mmf instead of corn syrup? Or they are different and the texture will change??
This is the only MarshMallow Fondant recipe that I've seen that has corn syrup and it's only 2 tbsp., shouldn't make much difference with that little.
