Anyone use the Black Magic chocolate cake recipe in Bundt pans?  I am using the Bundtlette pans if that makes any difference.  Thanks.

AI don't see why it wouldn't work. I'd just keep an eye on the baking time. What are you doing with them? They sound cute and tasty. I like the Black Magic recipe.

Thanks Annie!  I am making the mini bundts for my bakery, and had been using the Tunnel of Fudge recipe (where you add powdered sugar in the batter) but it is kind of finicky in the small pan - I never really get a tunnel of fudge, but it does make a very dense, very rich cake.  I use the Black Magic recipe for 8" cakes, and love the texture - I thought maybe that wouldn't be so heavy, and more appealing.   I cover them in ganache, so I don't want it to be "too much". :)

AOk I was wondering how you were decorating them. I never did try the Tunnel of Fudge but I've been intrigued since I saw the ATK folks recreate it on their show one day.

You make some some cute stuff. I love mini desserts. Post a picture, will ya? I loved seeing your cookie box before Christmas.

I put a little royal icing daisy in the center on top of the ganache.  I am trying to get details nailed down/final decisions on some borderline recipes before I open on the 12th of March. :)  I will post a picture of my case filled with lots of colorful goodies!
