AI'm looking for a good costing book for my daughter. She is starting to sell her baked goods and I want to make sure she's pricing correctly. Also, it needs to be very step by step because she is LD in math. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you search for "pricing" or "how to price" on here, you'll get lots of threads that go over how to price your baked goods. You need to analyze every cost: from ingredients, to time, to gas, utilities, etc just to get your break even price before you calculate how much profit you want. If you're looking for guides to buy and such, I think that member MimiFix sells some on her website, check out her profile for the link.
