AHi guys i am looking for a moist cake to use for covering with fondant, is there someone that can help me please?

AHi Mariska,

When I make all my birthday celebration cakes I always use my 10 inch cake tin but I always use this recipe on the link below and you can amend it depending on the size of the cake but I use one and a half times that for the ten inch cake but I usually change it slightly but adding fresh orange or lemon zest and make it more exciting!
