AI have this raspberry frosting and was wondering if it would work if I changed the jelly? Do you think it would still taste good?

8 oz. cold cream cheese ¾ cup room-temperature butter ½ cup raspberry jam ("spreadable fruit" is thicker and easier to work with) ½ tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 1 drop red food coloring 3+ cups powdered sugar
