SO i made some sugar cookies and they turned out so yummy!!

they're just too delicate . im afraid they will all break on the delivery. i guess i probably made them too thin i gues.

heres my real question.

is it possible for me to use Wafer paper to draw a design and then paste it to the cookie?

any suggestions?

Yes you can if you put a layer of royal icing or even a crusting buttercream on them first. If they are that delicate, I would use royal to strengthen them up a bit.

Make sure the icing is dry before you put on your wafer paper or it will sink a bit as it dries.

the average thickness for rolled out cookies is 1/4 inch, some go even thicker.
