I live in a fairly small town with no bakery supply stores near by and I'm curious where everyone buys their high ratio shortening and how much they pay.  I've searched the threads and most of the prices listed fluctuate due to the dates they were posted.  We have Sysco, PFG, Ben E. Keith and a local food distributor here in town, and so far, none of them carry actual sweetex brand.  I've never tried the other brands, so I'm not sure the difference.  If you use another brand, I'd love your experience, as well.  I'm just tired of Wal-Mart brand.  :-t

The local distributor was going to check to see if he could get it, but I'm not sure how much cheaper it would be.  So if you buy it online, I'd love to know where you get it and how much you pay, with shipping and all!  Thanks!
