Hi, This is my first time posting, and I need some advise on WASC. I am making up cupcakes for a taste test to get ready for a wedding next month, and I was wondering if i can divide a batch of wasc into 4 batches, instead of having a ton of leftover cupcakes sitting around. I was thinking of weighing and dividing the mix into 4, and then diving the ingrediants to make each flavor. for example, 1/4 of the mix, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup strawberry puree, 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt. this should make about 9 cupcakes, right? Do you think it will work out dividing a batch like this, or should I suck it up and make a million cuppys? lol . Thanks for any advise!

i divide recipes down all the time and i think getting it to the 'one egg' size is most efficient--i'll even go to the half egg size sometimes--

best to you
