AI will be doing a wedding cake next month and I can't figure out I would make these roses on the bottom tier. The rest of the cake will be covered in fondant and I'm assuming that's what they used here. Any suggestions?
AThose aren't roses, they're a kind of circled ribbon.

My preferred way to create that rosette look is using Sharon Wee's technique taught in her online tutorial...
I've used this technique, and while it is time consuming and you do have to pay a small fee for the tutorial, I feel it creates the most stunning fondant ruffled rosettes.
