AHow do I keep a cake from sinking when using a Silicone Cake Pan. I have a "Cake-wich" silicone cake pan, and more times than not, when I bake a cake (using a boxed mix WASC recipe), the cake tends to fall in the center when I remove it from the oven, even if I leave it longer than the recipe calls for. :-(
Any ideas on what could be causing it, or how to NOT have it drop? Any advice would be appreciated!
