hello i have made marshmallow fondant for over a year last time i made it in my mixer, came out fine, it came out same as before, i just made a large batch i don't know if has to much crico it sure feels like it, so i added more ps, its sticking to  my roller if i crease it or powder it any suggestions i hate to make more and waste it i just don't know what's going on thank you

AHi, did you give your MMF time to rest? Like atleast 24 hrs? Fresh MMF usually tends to be sticky and very "stretchy". Letting it rest, wrapped in cling wrap, settles it. If that doesn't work, add more powdered sugar. hth :)
