I made a wedding cake for a friend recently. This is my first time decorating a cake! Guests at the wedding asked me how much I would charge for a cake like that and I had not clue to pricing the cake. I used styrofoam for the bottom and middle tier, and real for the top for them to cut as I have no experience in handling cake that huge! My bottom tier is 2*3 inch tall 14" round, middle is 2*3" tall 10"round and the top is 3* 2" tall 6" round. The icing is readymade buttercream that I bought off from the local cake decorating shop. And yes I live in Melbourne, Australia!
