AOk so I make whipped cream weekly, I've NEVER had it curdle before EVER
suddenly as soon as I add powdered sugar, it curdles wth? Im not over beating it in the slightest, my cream comes together very quickly since I bought my new kitchen aid mixer. But since I bought it I've not been able yo make my whipped cream. Is it the mixer?
My old mixer I woukd start beating on full speed, took a while but I had peffect crream every time.
This mixer mighg be tad more powerful but could that really stuff up my cream ugh so frustrated
AIll add thatthe cream is just fine till I add sugar
