AI thought I saw a similar thread but I couldn't find it, so here's another. What did you all make this weekend? I made a teapot cake for my aunts mother's 80-something birthday. It's a vanilla cake (I used the WASC extender for the first time, and while I liked it, I can't wait to play with more variations.) and I filled and crumb coated it with a champagne buttercream. I used Michelle Fosters UMF recipe for the first time and I really liked it. I have only used the Pinterest version of MMF and never commercial fondant so it suited my needs. Happy MLK day!
