I need some help again please since I am new at baking cakes I have to make two cakes for this weekend and they have to be rectangular. The recipes I have is one for 2 8" round pans and the other one for 2 9" round pans. How do I convert them to rectangular pans? I have a 16" x 10 1/2" rectangular pan and a 10" x 14" rectangular pan. Do I need to double the ingredients or make an extra 1/2 of it?
