AI have read that IMBC needs to be refrigerated but I was wondering if that was the case if made with pasteurized, powdered egg whites. I have been making IMBC with powdered eggs whites for a while and having great success but I don't know what to do about storing the cakes/remaining icing. Thanks for any insights you have!
