AHi all, I am a home baker and I have been asked to make this cake but I am unsure how the topper is made. Any suggestions? Thanks

looks like three gum paste flowers--peonies maybe--there would probably be tutorials on here and on you tube to learn that process--

sure and obviously they have a lot of movement where they are not textbook perfectly formed all exactly alike--which makes it easier and more fun to replicate--

learning gum paste flowers can be quite a learning curve so just give yourself some time--be patient with yourself and you'll get there--

you'll need to buy a few things--not necessarily all of these items--

but i mean don't freak out and get overwhelmed either--you can fashion a lot of these things too--

but i use ck gum paste mix too--available at your local cake deco store

good luck!
