HEY i want to make a coffee cake with white chocolate frosting layers however the frosting that i want is made on the stove and once it sets on the cake it becomes sort of hard ..would this be a problem if i wanted it to fill in between layers of cofee cake ???

If you whipped it do you think that may help to soften it? Not sure....
