Hi,

I'm wanting to make a cake similar to the one in the picture I have added. It will be 6" round, not sure how high yet but just wondered what would be the best size cutter to use.. I've seen a tutorial on how to do it, they used a 5 flower petal cutter and cut the petals up so if someone could advise me on size of the whole cutter rather than the size of a single petal.

Thanks in advance :)

I did a cake like this one for my daughter's first birthday. The top was a 6 inch and the bottom a 10 inch. I used a small 2 1/4 inch round cutter and just ran my round tool over the bottom to get the ruffled look. I think it turned out pretty cute!
