Hi Cakers and Bakers!!

I am making a minion cake soon for somebody....I usually make three 6inch madeira cakes and stack them ontop of each other (and trim the top cake so its rounded)....however he has asked me can I make a strawberry flavoured cake....

I need a recipe for 6 inch tins and something that will keep a few days and hold well under fondant!! I found a good recipe but it was for three 6 inch tins.....it sounds good and have read reviews on people using it with fondant....but I would need help in adjusting the measurements!!

Please help me :)
