Hi!

I have a recipe that calls for an 8 inch pan but i need to make the same cake in a bigger size and different shape now- 12 inches and square.

how do i increase the ingredients so the cake comes out perfectly? its for an order and can't afford a disaster!

A 12 inch square holds almost three times the amount of batter in one 8 inch pan.
