hi! please help in finding a good gluten-free biscuit recipe. customers ask, but I can`t find the one delicious enough version
a blog with gf pierogies has got to have stellar cookie/biscuit recipes
do you mean cookie type biscuits or biscuits like scone type biscuits?
thanks for the great forum, I did not expect to find the recipe for Gluten-free Rolled Sugar Cookies, but I was talking about the cake
Yes, I need a gluten-free cake recipe. I found the recipe with potato starch, but it comes out very dry
ABiscuit, like the French cake? Pronounced bisk-wee? Not biscuits like scones?
there's just too many different items called 'biscuit' and 'cake' from country to country to be sure what you're talking about--if you can explain--like give me a picture or give me the recipe you tried--
just too confusing otherwise
you're right, its a different name for it in each country, I mean what is in between the layers of cream in a wedding or birthday cake for example
gotcha--i did a search for "how to make gluten free flour"--that's a good place to start some research--
i haven't tried these recipes but they look pretty good to me--
plus they tell you how to make your own blend of flours--which is vital to success
best baking and researching to you
thank you very much, i will try today
and maybe there is something in this thread that will interest you
hope everything goes very well but i'm finding gf baking to be quite challenging with a lot of trial and even more error
best baking to you
Hi, VaganovaAlina, I know this post is old but what we call "bisquit" in our language, in English the cake recipe name is Sponge Cake, bisvit with melted butter in it would be "Chiffon Cake".
