AI have a wedding cake order! My idea is to make moist choc cake with SMBC ,two tiers cake! What type of stick I f to use too make the tiers and how I need to stand the monogram of isomalt on top of the cake?

and if i did an isomalt monogram i would make it with 'legs' built into the bottom that could sink into the cake and i'd also be prepared to use a prop in back to help keep it up if necessary--disguised with piping
