AMe again :) can anyone advise me on how to bake a giant cupcake successfully. I use equal amounts of ingredients and baked on a low heat for 1 hr 20, the first time it turned out perfect, The 2nd 2 times, the bottom cooked but as I cut into it, inside towards the bottom was slightly under cooked. Thanks for any advice
AIm not sure which pan you have, some are attached, silicone, etc.
I have read that it takes a few times to get used to those pans. I would cook the one with more batter (the base) longer then the top.
Times and temps will vary according to your recipe and oven
