AI will be making a standing character figure for my daughters birthday cake, the party is in 9 days. She is allergic to dairy so modeling chocolate is a no. But I can use homemade rice crispy, any tips on the ratio of marshmallows and cereal? How long should this be made ahead? How to support it? Lots of questions, please give any advice. Thanks in advance!

AI would use fondant, satin ice is dairy free I believe.

Build it on a lolipop stick, there are tutorials on YouTube.

AThank you Smckinney07! I worked on the figure and I used marshmallow fondant. I used toothpicks and a dowel rod to hold it together. I'm not quite finished with it yet, it's looking great so far.
