AIs the canon mg5420 any good for printing edible images?

1. It has to be a new - not refurbished, never had regular ink run thru it printer.

2. Check with the brand of ink you want to use for a list of compatible printers. Here's one list. http://www.kopykake.com/documents/PrinterInks-Xref.pdf
