I need help, I just finished a cake for tomorrow and usually just stick it in my cake fridge that is out in the garage, however, our temps have dropped enough that anything in the fridge freezes, so now I am not sure where to put it or if it will be ok overnight in there.  My fridge in the house is out of the question and it is BC so I would prefer to cool it.  Do you think it will be ok if it starts to freeze?  I can't believe I completely forgot about that,

AI believe it will be ok in the fridge. You would have to get up super early and take it out and leave it at room tempature

If its only butter cream, just leave it in the box on the bench.  (is there anything perishable in it?)
