Hi

I'm starting a cupcakes, cookies and cakes both vegan and non  vegan and Gluten free in Calgary, I'm in the process of getting my licence, and when I called the city and the health department about licensing they were VAGE. I'm not from Calgary originally but from Toronto.

Please walk me through it if you have gone through it!

Also how much insurance are you paying? any recommendations?
