Has anyone ever tried the meringue powder buttercream recipe from Karen's Cookies website for decorating cookies?

1. Does it really dry hard enough to package?

2. How long does it take to dry

3. How do you like it compared to royal icing or cookie glaze (as far as flavor and consistency)?

haven't used it on cookies, but I have made tons of roses for cakes with a similar recipe I found decades ago.  Let them dry overnight, box them up.  They dry firm like RI, but not tooth breaking rock hard.
