Has anyone ever tried the meringue powder buttercream recipe from Karen's Cookies website for decorating cookies?
1. Does it really dry hard enough to package?
2. How long does it take to dry
3. How do you like it compared to royal icing or cookie glaze (as far as flavor and consistency)?
I use this recipe all the time and absolutely love it. It is easy to use and holds color without getting white spots. It does take several days to dry completely but I live in an area of high humidity most of the time. It tastes great as well. Good luck!
