White chocolate chunk macadamia cookies.
So, components:sugar - 1/2 c, vanilla - 1 tsp,margarine room temperature - 2/3 c, sugar - 1/2 c, egg - 1, flour, jar Macadamia nuts, chopped coarse - 1 1/2, bars white chocolate, chopped in 1/2-inch pieces - 2.
Heat oven to 325°. Lightly grease two cookie sheets. In large bowl of electric mixer, beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla at high speed until fluffy. Add flour and beat just until blended. Stir in nuts ,chocolate. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 2. Bake 1 sheet at a time, 15 minutes until edges of cookies are lightly browned and tops look dry. Cool on sheet on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove to rack to cool completely.
