AI use the sMe recipe every time without flaw. I thought it was the wrappers so I switched them about half way through the batter. The same thing happened. The only thing that was different in the baking was using a convection oven and baking two sheets at a time. I adjusted temps appropriately. The texture of the cupcakes were fine, they weren't overly moist or dense. Any ideas?!:-(
I read a blog where someone was complaining that their cupcakes were not sticking to the cupcake wrapper and they were falling off making their presentation not what she wanted and she thought that leaving them in the cupcake pan after baking caused a steam or caused moister in the cupcake making it easier for the wrapper to come off. So maybe try leaving the cupcakes in the pan to cool before removing them and see if the steaming process of the cupcake make them come release a little better. Please post and let me know if it works. Or if I bake before you I will come back and post to see if it worked.
