AThis is the second time I've made this fondant. The first time, it was a fantastic experience and it yielded a beautiful fondant. This time, after 5 minutes of kneading I have a dry crumbly mess. I will say that the gelatin was left in the cream probably ten minutes longer than it should have been. I am wondering whether that might be the cause of my problems and whether any of you have suggestions for a rescue mission of this batch?
