AHi all,

So I am using a diamond shaped candy mold with black chocolate melts to make black diamonds. They came out great but I'd love to add a bit more of a glass effect to them (not glitter). Any ideas for something that would at a glassy shine to molded chocolates?

Thanks in advance!! Jill

give a super buff to your molds before you put the chocolate in them, with a very soft cotton ball or cloth.  The cleaner and smoother you mold is the  smoother and shinier your chocolate is.

That's the only info that I can share.  Good luck.
