Hi guys,

 Im planning to purchase an electric convectional oven. Im not familar with any brands at all. Do you guys have any brands that you can refer to me? Also, possibly a good place online to get one?

if commercial i'd say deluxe -- i have a source where i got mine--i'll put that on later

 

if residential i don't know

There is no "convectional" oven. Do you mean a convection (forced air) oven? Or a conventional oven which does not have a fan?

AKitchenaid seems to be a good residential brand. I'm not fond of jennaire.

Small world: KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Maytag, Amana, etc are all Whirlpool products.

ANow isn't that something. I've had nothing but problems with jenn-air, and good results with kitchenaid.

I bought the Kitchenaid 48" dual fuel about 15 months ago and looooooove it.  I'm just a home baker, and not a particularly great one at that, but it makes me look good.
