Hi everyone! Can I get some advice plz? I am gonna start to sell cupcakes to my sister's restaurant. I am wondering how long do they stay fresh for and I been told that refrigerating dries them out. So then do you put them in air tight container at every night? Please advise, especially if you whole sale your goods out. THANK YOU so much in advance!
i would give day olds away to a worthy cause--only make enough to sell that day --
because if you mark them down to sell as day olds, often the fresh ones will not sell until those are gone
