Hi all. 

I've been asked to help make 50 White and 50 Maroon cupcakes for a friends party. Do any of you have a recipe for 'brilliant white' buttercream that you'd recommend?

AI use Sharon's Sugarshack recipe for my buttercream. It is a white buttercream. You could always add a white brightener (it is like any other gel color) to the buttercream.
