We had a great time in the "windy city" this past weekend learning cake sculpting and buttercream with Bronwen Weber and wafer paper techniques that are sooooo innovative and impressive with Lisa Berczel.

My favorite thing about being at the classes is getting to know the cakemakers.  Everyone inspires me so much.  Especially Manuel who was also at our classes in Dallas, he teaches cake decorating to hearing impaired students in NYC.

Thanks to everyone who came to Chicago for making it a really great weekend.

Check out some fun pictures we captured.

I had SUCH a wonderful time in Chicago!

A special THANK YOU to my Students who just gobbled up new ideas and were so excited to get back to their shops.

I can't wait to see some more pictures!

I took Bronwen Weber's "Sculpted Dragon" class on Saturday. It was my first actual professionally instructed class and I had a blast. I'd never really sculpted before. She gave us loads of inside information and tips. I could not have been happier. I hope to travel to take more CC classes in the coming year.
