hi, everyone

i am trying to display  of my cake in my shop ,but the thing is , the fondant cake cover gets sticky and the gum paste flowers loose its shape ,eventually all damaged. my city is very humid, and it rains a lot during winter and fall. i am aware that this can affect the display result, but i  saw other stores have their fondant cake display well and holds its shape.  is there any kind of spray i can use to keep it from the moist air?   or any useful method? thank you so much , i am  desperate.

There is one simple fix for this, a de-humidifier.  You can probably find one pretty reasonably priced if you shop around.  That will help control the moisture levels in your shop.
I hope this was helpful.
